Enquiries are requests

Submitting a restaurant, Card Room, private poker or group enquiry asks LuckyPpampa to consider your request; it does not automatically confirm an arrangement. Availability may be limited, and any proposed visit remains subject to direct confirmation from LuckyPpampa. Your seat at the poker table is therefore not secured simply because an enquiry has been sent. Please wait for a response that confirms the relevant venue arrangement before treating it as settled.

Venue arrangements may change

Operating conditions, private events, capacity, staffing, safety requirements and venue direction can affect planned arrangements. Where reasonably necessary, LuckyPpampa may amend, postpone or decline an arrangement. This may include changes to the spaces available for a visit or the way an experience is organised. The direct confirmation you receive from LuckyPpampa is the relevant reference point for your enquiry. We do not promise a particular table, host, session, menu item or venue configuration unless it has been directly confirmed.

Card Room and offline poker participation

Offline poker belongs at the table.

LuckyPpampa brings people together around physical poker tables in a social hospitality setting. Texas Hold’em, played face-to-face, is part of that setting. This website provides information about venue experiences; it is not an online poker platform.

Poker is played face-to-face

Card Room participation is centred on cards, tables, people and venue-hosted social interaction. Guests should approach each session as a shared in-person experience and remain attentive to the table, fellow participants and staff direction. Website information may help you understand the atmosphere or make an enquiry, but it does not replace the practical guidance provided in the venue. We ask visitors to support the calm, considered environment that makes face-to-face play enjoyable for the group.

Venue directions apply

Participants must follow reasonable directions from LuckyPpampa staff, hosts and any designated Card Room personnel. Directions may concern table assignment, session flow, safety, respectful conduct or the use of particular venue spaces. Where a direction is not followed, LuckyPpampa may restrict or end participation where reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, the venue and its normal operation. These directions are practical venue expectations and should be followed promptly and respectfully.

Session formats and private experiences

Poker Nights, Texas Hold’em tournaments, High Roller sessions and private poker experiences may have venue-specific instructions that sit alongside these general terms. Buy-in terminology may be used to describe a format, but the applicable arrangements should always be confirmed with the Card Room. Guests should review any instructions provided for their planned experience and raise questions before attending. Format information, table flow and participation arrangements can differ between sessions, so direct venue guidance is the clearest reference.

Respectful shared spaces

Please behave respectfully toward guests, staff and other participants in Restaurant, Poker Lounge and Card Room settings. Harassment, intimidation, disruptive behaviour or damage to property is not consistent with a considered social hospitality environment. We ask guests to be mindful that different groups may be dining, meeting or participating nearby, and to help maintain a comfortable atmosphere for everyone sharing the venue.

Venue care

Safety and staff instructions

Guests must follow reasonable safety, access and operational directions given by LuckyPpampa staff. These may relate to:

  • access routes and table areas;
  • capacity and guest wellbeing; and
  • the normal operation of the venue.

Please do not interfere with staff carrying out these responsibilities or with the ordinary use of shared spaces.

Managed access

Refusal or removal

LuckyPpampa may refuse entry, restrict participation or require a person to leave where reasonably necessary for safety, security, lawful operation or the comfort of others. This is not intended as an unrestricted power; decisions will be made in the circumstances and with regard to the shared nature of the venue. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
